Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Social Buzz Agency (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any content or deliverables provided by us. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

2. Definitions

“Client” means the individual or entity engaging our services.
“Services” means any social media strategy, paid campaign management, influencer marketing, or related services described on our website.
“Deliverables” means all content, reports, designs, and other work products we provide.

3. Scope of Services

We provide:

Social Strategy: Development of content calendars, platform-specific playbooks, KPI definitions, and growth roadmaps.
Paid Campaigns: Ad account setup, targeting strategy, creative development, budget optimization, and performance reporting.
Influencer Marketing: Identification, outreach, contract negotiation, and campaign management with vetted influencers.

4. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

Provide timely access to all necessary accounts, assets, and information.
Review and approve deliverables within 5 business days of submission.
Ensure compliance with any platform policies (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) when using our recommendations.

5. Fees & Payment

All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment terms:

Monthly Retainers: Invoiced in advance on the 1^st of each month; due within 7 days of invoice.
One-Time Projects: 50% deposit due on project kickoff; remaining 50% due on delivery.
Late Payments: Subject to 1.5% interest per month on overdue balances.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

We retain ownership of any pre-existing IP, methodologies, and tools used in delivering services.
Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the final Deliverables.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information exchanged. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for 3 years.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updates here and notify active clients by email at least 15 days before changes take effect.
